Our classes are a great friendly mix of people of different age, gender and abilities. Men, don’t be shy to join — you will find you are in good company!
When you come in, you will be asked to fill out a short form, so please come a bit earlier to allow for that. If you own a proper yoga or Pilates mat, please bring it, although we do supply spare equipment.
