There is plenty of parking around the area, and the high street parking is free after 6pm, so you shouldn’t have any trouble!

18:30 – 19:30  BraveBodies BEGINNERS YOGA (walk-in)

This class is suitable for those in reasonably good health who are new to yoga, or those who would like a gentler, somewhat slower session. Nonetheless, prepare to be challenged, and rewarded by feeling better and better after each class as you improve in strength, endurance and coordination. You will learn the technique of most commonly used yoga poses (asanas), along with correct principles of alignment and breathing. The goal is for you to progress quickly and learning how to link asanas together. You will learn a lot about your body, too.

19:40 – 20:40 BraveBodies INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED VINYASA FLOW YOGA (walk-in)

This class is for the more experienced yoga practitioner. It is a dynamic and challenging class – we move from one pose to another, testing and improving our core stability, flexibility, balance and focus. I aim for each class to be different – you will never get bored! We spend a lot of time on our hands, too, so your upper body strength will soar! Students of any yoga styles are welcome; however, if you are a complete novice, please join our beginners class.

Please bring a mat and a block if you have one!

Each class costs £7, block of 6 classes costs £36 (valid for two months), so you get your last class free! Trial class £3.
